Article 2 (Personal Information Processing and Retention Period)

In principle, the Company promptly destroys personal information once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is necessary according to the provisions of relevant laws, the Company will store member information for a certain period as follows. In such cases, the Company will move the personal information to a separate database or store it in a different location.

Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties, except for the content specified in Article 2 of this Article. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: ① When required by law, or when investigative agencies request information for investigative purposes in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

1. You or your legal representative may, at any time, exercise rights regarding your personal information, such as access, correction/deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent, against the Company.
2. Rights under this clause can be exercised through written requests, email, fax, etc., and the Company will take action within 10 days.
3. If a proxy, such as your legal representative or a person authorized by you, exercises rights under Paragraph 1, they must submit a power of attorney in the form prescribed in Annex 11 of the Enforcement Rule of the Personal Information Protection Act.
4. The Company may refuse to exercise your rights for all or part of the personal information in cases where access is prohibited or restricted by law, or where there is a risk of harming the life or body of another person, or unduly infringing upon the property and other interests of another person, or in other cases stipulated by law.
5. When a data subject exercises their rights, the Company verifies whether the requesting party is the individual themselves or a legitimate representative.

Article 6 (Personal Information Items Processed and Collection Method)

The Company collects the minimum information necessary for the purpose of collection. The Company collects the following personal information voluntarily provided by you during your membership registration and use of the services provided by the Company.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company immediately destroys personal information when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the personal information retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.
If personal information must be retained continuously in accordance with other laws, despite the expiration of the consent-based personal information retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the personal information will be moved to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
The procedures and methods for personal information destruction are as follows:

1. Destruction Procedure The Company selects personal information for which a destruction reason has occurred and destroys the personal information after obtaining approval from the Company's personal information protection officer. After the purpose is achieved, users' personal information is moved to a separate DB (or a separate document file for paper documents) and destroyed after being stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant legal reasons for information protection. Personal information moved to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose unless required by related laws.

2. Destruction Method The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format in a way that prevents the record from being reproduced, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
